We are looking for a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, and will be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them according to importance. Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
• Develop and maintain a system for tracking appointments and other scheduling tasks.
• Communicate with clients to confirm and reschedule appointments.
• Maintain a database of client information.
• Ensure that all scheduling information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

• Ability to travel between our two offices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
